- We parked at the Lindeman Pavillion in Seattle, Wa on 12/1/25. We scraped the side of our vehicle maneuvering to the subteranean level to find a parking place. We left our ticket on the dashboard of the car. Parking Garage was extremely dimly lit.
After the Dr. appointment was concluded, we found that we needed to return to the car and retrieve the ticket. We did not know the level we had parked on. We paid on the way out. Method of payment included CASH according to information posted but we were informed CASH was not acceptble! This was a bad experience all the way around. Please update your acceptable payment information and also upon entry inform the customer they must take their ticket with them. Install suitable lighting in the garage! Sincerely, Diane M.
