 - Twice now, the sign has said OPEN but the lot was FULL. Once, the lot said FULL but there was a spot open right up top in the front row! The parking attendants need to pay more attention to how many cars they are letting in when all the spots are filled. You have to circle down to the very end in order to safely get turned around, so it wastes time and causes unneeded frustration.

 - We parked at the Lindeman Pavillion in Seattle, Wa on 12/1/25. We scraped the side of our vehicle maneuvering to the subteranean level to find a parking place. We left our ticket on the dashboard of the car. Parking Garage was extremely dimly lit. After the Dr. appointment was concluded, we found that we needed to return to the car and retrieve the ticket. We did not know the level we had parked on. We paid on the way out. Method of payment included CASH according to information posted but we were informed CASH was not acceptble! This was a bad experience all the way around. Please update your acceptable payment information and also upon entry inform the customer they must take their ticket with them.
