 - Parking is extremely expensive $30.00 on top of all the money I spent on the Mall. Can any body go and comfortable spend without worrying about being charged $30.00 like they charged me today... or people will be hurried because of the cost like someone else here said. I shopped and spend a lot of money to be surprised with a very expensive parking charge. Not smart and an abusive on their part.

 - Would have spent a lot more money at this mall if parking wasn't so expensive. Not a smart decision on their part, the more time people can comfortably spend, the more money they will spend. If people feel hurried because of the cost of parking, they will not try on a extra item which they may have purchased, they will eat elsewhere, they will watch a movie elsewhere. Although maybe it was the plan all along, to have an empty mall so the millionaires can shop comfortably and not have to wait in line since the mall is empty. If that was the intent, kudos on the decision to charge an insane amount of money for parking.

 - Parking is to expensive. Will have to shop elsewhere

 - Way too expensive to park! $30 for parking. My entire savings on the shoe sale went to parking. How can customers get together to lower these parking rates? Let's STIKE!

 - The parking rates aren't worth going to this mall anymore. We saw Star Wars tonight. A 2.5 hr movie and with trailers 3 hrs, so we had to pay $7 just to park to see a movie. We didn't go anywhere else - just the movie. Not worth it. I went home and told my husband that if we wanted to eat dinner and see a movie it would cost us $30 to park. We made the decision not to go there anymore. Too bad because out family has been going to the Century City mall for 15 years religiously and would oftentimes take our kids' friends to see movies there or meet other families. The new renovation is nice but why did they have to kill it with unreasonable parking fees??

 - Ridiculously priced parking, considering that every time I go there I get lunch/dinner, shop, and visit the theaters. Please make your mall a bit more accessible to non-millionaires.

 - I spent $600 here today, and was charged $30 to park. That's crazy! I worked out at the Equinox, I ate lunch, I shopped. I was there about 5 1/2 hours. The max rate hits at 5 hours. There's no way you should have to pay a 5% surcharge on your purchases for parking, nor be charged $30 for bringing your patronage to the mall and its tenants. This place is an absolute rip off for parking...expect to be gouged.

 - The current parking pricing limits a lot of shoppers from leisurely spending their time and money at the new Westfield Century City. For example, today, I spent around $200 at the mall, shopping at Bloomingdales, eating dinner, and watching a movie. However, I could only get a 3-hour validation from AMC and was charged additional $5 for parking. The customers are not rewarded for looking around and spending money at multiple venders at Westfield Century City. Parking is cheaper to just get your errands done and get out, just come for a movie and leave, or just eat and leave—because every 30 minutes will cost you more and more to park! This certainly took the fun out of shopping at the new Westfield Century City mall!

 - I'd like to see if I can get some money back for parking. I lost my ticket while shopping or while I was in the movie. I looked for it for a half hour. Even went back into the theater. I have CC receipts for when I was in the movie and when I left the parking structure. I spent a decent amount of money at your mall, then I got hit with a $28 fee because I accidentally lost my ticket. Please let me know if you can give me a partial refund. Thanks, David
