 - Validation is confusing (am I getting any benefit from this? still had to pay max price) and rates are deceiving. Easily hit $30 limit spending time watching a movie and shopping for a handful of hours.
- James W.
 - ZERO stars ... you will barely get out of your car and make it above ground to the mall before your time is up and the clock starts ticking. Ridiculous! Go anywhere else to shop. Not worth it.
- M M.
 - can be very hard to find your car
- Andrew G.
 - Why would anyone go to this place to shop or do anything. You have to pay for the privilege to give them your money? Insane. It is not a mall, it is a giant parking garage grift.
- Steve K.
 - I rarely go to Century City Mall because of the parking. OUTRAGEOUS. And incredibly unfair when I spend 15 minutes waiting to get out and had to pay and extra $4 dollars!
- Gail H.
 - The worst. Extremely expensive!! even if you spend a lot of money at Bloomingdales they still don't validate for more than 2 hours.
- Eric H.
 - Parking is WAY too expensive at CC mall!!
- Miriam S.
 - The parking staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They made me wait so long that my initial rate of $17.00 went up to $30.00. There should be an option for zero stars. The supervisor was horrible. He is not fit to have this job. So disappointing.
- Rosa M.
 - Overpriced garage.
- Dave A.
 - The mall is great, but the greedy parking charges drives the customers away. First hour is free, but after the initial hour, the rate starts at $3.00 for the next 1/2 hour, and increases by $1 for every 1/2 hour thereafter. Kind of telling people don't waste time here. Today it took us 20 minutes to find a parking space and we figured it is not worth it to spend more than 30 minutes in Macy's, so we left to Fox Hills mall where the parking is free and we can shop all day.
- Manucci V.
 - Avoid this Mall because parking is too expensive! They charged me $30.00 to park even with a movie validation. It's abuse and I would not recommend going there! They rip you off!
- Kathy C.
 - Parking is extremely expensive $30.00 on top of all the money I spent on the Mall. Can any body go and comfortable spend without worrying about being charged $30.00 like they charged me today... or people will be hurried because of the cost like someone else here said. I shopped and spend a lot of money to be surprised with a very expensive parking charge. Not smart and an abusive on their part.
- Julious S.
 - Would have spent a lot more money at this mall if parking wasn't so expensive. Not a smart decision on their part, the more time people can comfortably spend, the more money they will spend. If people feel hurried because of the cost of parking, they will not try on a extra item which they may have purchased, they will eat elsewhere, they will watch a movie elsewhere. Although maybe it was the plan all along, to have an empty mall so the millionaires can shop comfortably and not have to wait in line since the mall is empty. If that was the intent, kudos on the decision to charge an insane amount of money for parking.
- M F.
 - Parking is to expensive. Will have to shop elsewhere
- Sal C.
 - Way too expensive to park! $30 for parking. My entire savings on the shoe sale went to parking. How can customers get together to lower these parking rates? Let's STIKE!
