 - My second week of parking there, I came back to my car to find that thieves had crawled under, sawed through exhaust pipes and made off with my catalytic convertor. Apparently the attendants failed to hear the sound of metal being sawn through or just didn't care.

 - Worst place to park!!! Guy sits with his feet up on the desk when trying to get help!!!! Acts like I’m bothering him like hello you are working right? You represent the company that’s on your shirt right? I got no help from him I had to walk away baffled at his attitude. Try to get ahold of someone here GOOD LUCK. Will never come back to this place to park my car!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will see if the higher ups care to reach out or if I get the same from them too.

 - The posted hours for Saturday night do not match the significantly more limited hours taped to the pedestrian entrance. If you don't notice the note, and return after 9pm, your vehicle is stuck until the next day.

 - Covered parking, convenient location, staff attending broken payment machine was super helpful and nice. I noticed broken glass from car prowl break ins, which is unfortunately a reality of parking in Pioneer Square.
