Union Bank Plaza

 - It was very convenient parking in the Union Bank lot on S Figero and 4th St. We had prepaid the $10 for out Saturday night stay. However, on Sunday upon leaving at around 1:30pm we couldn't find any attendants or security around to let us out using out reservation. We tried all the call buttons and waited and looked for about 15 minutes. Ultimatley, we had to pay with the ticket an additional $20 to leave. So our $10 parking turned into $30. We like the concept of the prepaid parking reservations, but this is inacceptable. We would just consider possibly using another lot next time or just using the normal ticketing process.

 - Finding a security guard was immensely difficult. The help and call button were unresponsive and having people line up behind you, while waiting for security that never came made it all the more difficult. Eventually just paid to the $10 and left rather than wait any longer.
