 -  We waited in line to exit parking lot due to a malfunctioning ticket machine and a parking attendant didn’t arrive until 5 minutes of completely no movement. Another parking person came, this one was wearing a tie and not a vest he took my ticket and then proceeded to take my time to talk to someone who had just driven in to the parking lot. I arrive at 6:56 and I make sure to take care of the time I spend there. When he took my ticket from me it was 7:08 and by the time be finally put my ticket in the machine it was 7:10. I told him it wasn’t fair that I have to pay extra for the time he spent talking to someone in there car on the other side. He laughed and said, “well you pay four dollars”. I said not look at the time I came in and the time you spent talking to that lady in the car, you cost me 2 extra dollars. Now yes, $2.00 for some might be chump change & not a big deal. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he didn’t have one, I asked for a business card he said he didn’t have one either and if I wanted the corporate number I had to drive out and according to him make a -u- turn and come back in. He also laughed and said or else tell the people to move back. Condescending man I took out my phone from which he ran yelling I can’t take a picture of him, definitely he’s a fool because the point was to take a picture of the info on the ticket taker but his female coworker came directly in front of me and put her hand in my face. I paid to save people from a longer wait
