The Polyclinic Madison Center Garage

 - I was charged $1272.00 on Tuesday April 2nd following a one hour visit for a 1:30 appointment at the Madison Polyclinic garage. It was already pending on my Visa by the time I discovered it two days later and so I was told that until the finance department of the parking garage business (whoever they are) can review my case, they have my $1,272.00.

 - The electronic payment system was not working yesterday either on Levels C or B. After seeing a line of people on Level B frustrated in their attempt to pay their parking tickets and get them validated I went to Level A. There I wasable to pay and get my ticket authorized for departure. That even ing I found that why credit card had been charged for all three attempts, two $6 charges and one $8 charge (thelast one). When I called the parking office I was told to email a photo of my parking document (with its number and time). I should only have to pay one $6 charge. This whole process is being a monumental waste of time,
