 - no security to answer why my validation wont work. this is on going issue and until now I am hating to do my work in your building because I end up paying the parking fee that my validation ticket wont work on your piece of crap machine.These need to change im filing complaint to city and have them check that machine.its waste of our time and waste of companies who buy this validation. have someone there or ill have it check and made you pay fine. from: city worker

 - I been coming to visit my patients and most of the time I have to pay even if I have validation from the clinic its ridiculous not to have a security to answer that intercom. This is not acceptable, I will definitely complaint regarding this and have your management explain to the city of not providing service that the building promise to their tenants.I will recommend to have someone check your machine if this is not working and wasting our time looking for your security whose always missing in action.
