- Worst parking experience I've ever had. I paid at the system and was asked to pay again upon exiting. Several other people had the same issue during this time. I called a customer service rep who proceeded to dimly explain that I am supposed to be issued a receipt-- which I explained I did not receive although I was charged. He repeated the same empty calorie statement that I was supposed to get a receipt. The system did not distribute one. I ended up paying 18 dollars for parking. DO NOT PARK HERE. Horrible and unaccommodating customer service.
