 - Daily max at the Grove is now $35. And if you lose your ticket you are charged $35 even if you exit before noon and could not possibly have been there enough hours to incur that fee!? I came at 10am and left before 11am and was charged $35! Outrageous.

 - I always manage to get free parking validated at Nordstrom. This employee said I can get it validated with a purchase. I asked wait you guys don't do free validation anymore? He said no. My friend went to Nordstrom later on and she got her parking validated for free. UGH WASTE OF MONEY.

 - I AM INCRIDIBLY DISPLEASED WITH THIS PARKING OFFICE. I PARKED IN THE PARKING STRUCTURE ON 3/6/2021 AND REALIZED AFTER WORKING THAT I HAD FORGOTTEN MY WALLET AT HOME AND HAD NO CARD OR CASH TO PAY THE PARKING MACHINE. WHEN I PROCEEDED TO ASK FOR HELP WITH GETTING OUT I WAS LEFT TO SIT WHILE A LINE FORMED BEHIND ME FOR 10 MINS. FINALLY I REALIZED THAT I HAD BEEN HUNG UP ON AND PROCEED TO ASK FOR HELP AGAIN, THIS TIME FROM A DIFFERENT WORKER. BOTH WORKERS PROCEEDED TO WASTE MY TIME CLAIMING TO CALL MY PLACE OF WORK TO CONFIRM THAT I WORK THERE AND THAT MY WORK "WASN'T ANSWERING" EVEN THOUGH I HAD JUST BEEN AT WORK AND KNOW THAT WE ANSWER CALLS IMMEDIATELY. I AM ALSO NOT NOT SURE WHAT THIS HAD TO DO WITH HELPING ME GET OUT OF THE PARKING GARAGE BECAUSE IT ENDED UP BEING A FURTHER WASTE OF TIME. THEY THEN SUGGESTED THAT I GET OUT OF MY CAR AND WALK ALL THE WAY UPSTAIRS TO PAY ON THE WALK UP MACHINES TO WHICH I REPEATED FOR THE 5TH TIME THAT I DID NOT HAVE CASH OR CARD IN ORDER TO DO SO. THEY ALSO MADE THE SUGGESTION THAT I CALL SOMEONE TO COME ALL THE WAY TO THE GROVE IN ORDER TO PAY PARKING FOR ME. A COMPLETELY ABSURD SUGGESTION. ALL OF THIS TOOK ABOUT 30 MINS BEFORE THEY FINALLY SAID " WE HAVE YOUR LICENSE PLATE, COME BACK AND PAY ANOTHER TIME" AND FINALLY OPENED THE GATE. WHY COULD THIS NOT HAVE BEEN THE FIRST THING THEY DID? ALL OF THIS TROUBLE FOR A SIMPLE PARKING PAYMENT? I AM INCREDIBLY ANGRY WITH THE USELESS SUGGESTIONS AND LACK OF HELP I RECEIVED.

 - I went to the American Girl store and grabbed food to go. We were there less then 3 hours. I even got my ticket validated from the Cheesecake Factory. When I went to pay on the way out it charged me 10.00. I know they overcharged me but there was a line of cars behind me and I had to leave. I don't know who to contact and I am pretty pissed that they can't stay on top of this.

 - I'm currently on hold being told there is nobody to address the GROVE VALET damaging my new G WAGON yesterday. Seriously? The epitome of bad service....actually it's worse than bad service, it's damaging property. We valeted at 2pm a blue chrome G Wagon went to a three oclock movie and departed approx. 5pm. I will alert all review pages about the Grove damaging cars. I just spoke to Manny, a supervisor at The Grove and he said they will look at the cameras. I'm not holding my breath. My car was in between a white bentley and a truck. Hopefully your yacht, Rick Caruso, will have its own Karma. Now I have to look at my dented spare tire on the back of my car every time I pull into my home.

 - I visited the LA Grove for less than 3hrs (including eating) at the Cheese Cake Factory. I got my ticket validated by the restaurant and it still cost me $7.00 to exit parking!?!? What happened? Too darn much money, I won't go there anymore :-( I paid the machine with a credit card, push button for receipt, and got blank ticket? If this was incorrect, someone please email how I can get a refund.

 - I don't know why all the negative reviews. I live in Boston, and public parking is $50 a day on average, and that's an outdoor lot. In winter, you have to clean and dig your car out yourself. You folks are complaining about $24 for an indoor lot that provides valet, shoe shines, and clean bathrooms? This is one of the best lots I've ever parked at. I will be back often!

 - If I'm parked for 4 hours, get my ticket validated for 2 hours, why am I still paying $12 when I leave the lot???? Ridiculous I will not be returning with parking rated at $6/hour!!!!!!

 - The RECENT HIKE IN PARKING AT THE GROVE IS HORRIBLE. I love visiting at least a couple of months. However, with this HUGE HIKE, will not be able to afford $5 for 2 hrs. That used to be free with a validation. SO NOT RIGHT!

 - Was at The Grove on Mother's Day 2018 for 3 1/2 hrs. Made purchase at Nordstrom and ate at Cheesecake Factory ($91.00). Got parking validated at Cheesecake Factory, upon exit of the lot was charged $9.00 parking fee! Ripoff, last visit to The Grove.
