 - There was no place to scan the bar code from my receipt and no person to explain to. I had to pay again for the parking that I could have paid for without the service. If you're going to offer bar code receipts as an option, you have to ensure the garage has the ability to scan it. Will not use again.

 - Than you for your email. It was a pleasant experience using the reservation at Parkme. It guaranteed a spot for me and made the payment process easier and faster. The mobile option is wonderful! I'd love to see more parking places available for reservation. The only suggestion I have is to specify the direction to get to the parking place - the entrance wasn't on the street it said though the address is correct. It took me a few minutes around the area to find the entrance. It would be nice if there are directions I can rely on beforehand. I'm still traveling and will be using Parkme to find parking. Thank you for your service!
