Lost Ticket Pays Max
Customers of Alamo, JOEY DTLA, Macy’s, Nordstrom Local and UNIQLO can be validated within the store. If you are visiting any other retail, please visit the valet desk with your parking ticket and retail receipt to receive the validation for discounted parking.
Pay stations are located in the central elevator lobbies on levels 4-7.
Vehicles entering and exiting the garage between the hours of 12am and 6 am can do so via Hope street.
Monthly parking is available. Please contact the parking office for details and pricing.
EV chargers are located on Levels 5 and 7 on the east side of the parking structure near the entrance helix.
Customers can use their ChargePoint account. $2 per hour for 3 hours, $20 per hour thereafter

 - Horrible experience here. All of the signs outside say flat rate of $12 after 6PM and exiting before 2 AM. That's only for 2 hours. I asked if I could get that rate for 3 hours as I was going to a restaurant, and they said yes. I came back 1 minute over my 3 hours and was charged $32... Not sure why any of the signs say flat rate if they want to continue to charge you every 10 minutes. A SCAM. DO NOT PARK HERE.

 - I was in by 9:15 a.m. and left by 1 p.m, and was charged $35.00 , it should have been 8.00, not $35.00 Please let me know how I can get reimbursed.

 - I went to Macy's and when I was shopping I was given a validation card for 3 hours. When I went to the machine I was charged $10 dollars. There was no parking personal since it was closing hours.

 - I have been looking for a good place to park. The Bloc is good, but on Wednesday, 1/3/2018, I got in well before 10 am to take advantage of the $8 parking and on the way out at 3:45 pm, I was charged an additional $5.50 at the arm when I left after having paid $8 at the machine before retrieving my vehicle. I don't know what's up with that but I don't like it.
