- So easy and affordable! Saved me an hour of circling around and either wasting time and gas while contributing to pollution or paying shameless prices for convenience. Made my trip to the city actually employable. Rather than stomping off to my event trying to shake off bitchiness and get back in a good mood I got to hold on to my excitement and enjoy the show. I will use this EVERY TIME I go to Seattle!!!!

- Reservation process was easy and I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of parking was so cheap. The location was very close to where I needed to go. However, leaving was confusing. Couldn't pay at the kiosk and when attendant was called he didn't seem to know how to get it to work but he did meet us (and a couple of other people with the same issue) at the gate to let us out. Departure process needs to be clarified.
