- AVOID at all cost. Complete rip off. They will overcharge you from the posted rates ! Even with the 90 minute validation, you get stuck paying the balance of time at rates as if you had no validation. Allegedly the rates after the 90 minute validation period are lower. But, despite the posted rates, they charge you much more. There is no way to correct them or complain. CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

- I WENT THIS SATURDAY WITH FRIENDS, MY FIRST TIME SO I PARK IN THE MIDDLE JUST FRONT OF FARMERS MARKET CLOCK. I HAVE MY TICKET VALIDATED AND AFTER FEW HOURS I THINK 3HRS OR LESS, THEY STILL CHARGED ME $27 AND SAID MAX TIME WAS $40, SO THEIR WEBSITE SAYING IS $30 MAX IS A TOTAL LIE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A THEFT. TOTAL RIPPED OFF, DISCLAIMER - PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK WITH NO LIABILITY IF DAMAGED, SCRATCHED.... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!!!!!!

- I visited the Farmers Market on Sunday, 2/19/2023, I supposedly had gotten validation at Pampas Grill, because I gave the employee my ticket and he put it through the validation machine. Once it was time to leave, I inserted my ticket in the machine and it read "Outstanding Amount!" with stars around it and an amount of $37.50.. Are you kidding me?! I asked the parking attendant, "Can I get my ticket back and go get it validated again? Because clearly it looks like it wasn't done correctly.." He stated, "I can't retrieve your ticket once it's in the machine, nor can I issue you a new ticket. You're going to have to just pay the fee." What was a joyful time spent.. it ended it frustration and upset. There were people in my group who parked at the parking structure at The Grove, they were there for the same amount of time as me, but with their ticket being validated, they only paid $14!! Why did I have to pay almost triple their amount?!?! Farmers Market parking, bunch of crooks!

- I have an issue all right! I was there for 3 hours on Sunday and even with validation, I paid $26! How do I know the machine was correct and honest? You don't even have proof other than the charge showing up on the credit card. There should be a parking attendant on duty every day!

- Went of Memorial day Sunday to the farmers market. Couldn't have been there for more than 2 hours and had validation. The machine charged me $28. Insane!

- They now only allow 90 minutes with validation. So for 21/2 hours it was 8 bucks, with validation. Not great.

- I had a somewhat similar issue. Didn't buy anything, we were there 1.25hrs, no validation, paid $12 for parking. Robbery, considering the max is $24. I will NOT make that mistake again.

- Someone should be on duty at noon on a holiday weekend! The exit machine was not reading my ticket so I backed out of a one of angry drivers behind me to go talk to a parking attendant at another kiosk. He assured me that manager on duty would pick up my intercom call once I returned to my parking lot. I enter a long line --- every car ahead if me was having trouble exiting as well-- and once again, the validated parking ticket won't allow me to exit and no one picks up the intercom to help me. I decided to pay the $6 parking after only being there for 20 minutes just to have this nightmare end. Ridiculous and inexcusable.

- Parking cost $20. Was there for about 2 hrs to eat at Pampas Grill. I got the stub validated by 2 places in the market.

- Very rude parking attendant. Also rules for lost tickets are contradict each other if you have a valediction it's $24 without its $30. How does that make sense if you loose your parking ticket with valedation. But then again there were two people in the booth and they could leave the booth to help for over 3 minutes.

- I parked in North Farmers Market today for 1 hr which was a validated card but I had to pay $6.00 after 3 trys of parking card and no one answered the CALL BUTTON. About 3weeks ago I had to pay $10 for a validated card less than 2 hr

- I visited the market yesterday, made a purchase and got my parking validated. When I put my validated ticket into the machine to leave (with many cars behind me) it charged me $8. I had been at the market for less than 2 hours, but had no choice but to pay so that I could get out of the lot. I will never return and will share my experience on sites such as Google and Yelp to let others know that the validated parking is a scam.
