- Due to over crowded holiday season lot, was asked to leave key to my vehicle behind for their double parking strategy, therefore leaving my vehicle in their complete care, custody and control. Returned from trip to find my vehicle with extensive damage to both driver-side and passenger-side door operational and locking mechanisms. Both key tumblers had been "popped" with a screwdriver damaging the handles and destroying the key tumblers in order to gain access into my vehicle. Nothing was stolen, including the truck itself once entry was gained. They locked my keys in the car and had to move it to let some other car out. Hence the break-in. Sunrise denied everything. Absolution from providing reasonable protection of property for the fee charged is required by law. I will see them in court.
