Both key tumblers had been "popped" with a screwdriver damaging the handles and destroying the key tumblers in order to gain access into my vehicle. Nothing was stolen, including the truck itself once entry was gained. They locked my keys in the car and had to move it to let some other car out. Hence the break-in. Sunrise denied everything.
