 - I went here for an event for 3 hours. When I went to leave the office was closed so I was not able to validate my ticket. I reached out to the office via email the following day and they refunded the amount to my credit card. I give them 5 stars for not screwing me over and being very helpful. Minus one for the extra steps to get the money back. Thanks guys.

 - Validation is not clear. Had to pay full rate after asking for parking validation. Confirmed with cashier that they validate, they took my parking ticket then came back and gave it to me so I thought I was all set, guess I wasn't...

 - Very poor! Had my ticket validated at Regal Theatre last saturday, and then discovered when leaving that there is no attendent! Had to pay $ 38 vs $4 whic I expected. Tried to call a dozen times in the last three days--no answer. Is this a fraud??

 - Was buying some bulky items from BBB and REI. Parking lot full. Had to go to garage, 4th floor (driving in circles trying to find ramp). Garage was dark and empty of people, felt dangerous! After searching, finally found stairs to "down."Elevator from BBB only went down to garage 1, from there up to 4th in different elevator. Very poor signage anywhere! Had to lug my boxes from BBB up to car (could not carry 2 bulky items), then back down to REI to get my cooler. A lot of searching and walking. My cooler was on sale but that was eaten up by having to pay $12 in parking. Miss the old days when there was free parking and no booms. I know people who no longer go here because of the parking frustrations.

 - Took 13 people to see Avengers Endgame at Regal Theater and got validated parking. Supposed to be $4 and charged $28 each for two cars where I paid at machine. My wife paid a human and was the only one who got the $4 price. What a system... an extra $48 wasted. Awful experience. ZERO STARS but that's not an option.

 - I work in this building and the rates that are quoted above are correct and apply at all times. Sometimes they'll run specials and I'm not certain about pricing during baseball games. The $325 is the monthly rate. They may have said that because the lot was full. (Which rarely happens.) *Pro tip: Go all the way up to the top. The spaces are so much better AND you'll get a view of Fenway.

 - Only for over night and weekends. Can't park there during the day. For that you have to pay $325.
