- i paid $23 to leave. i showed the charge on my phone credit card app. the machine didn't work and the gate wouldn't open. someone came to help, and only said, 'do you have another card?'
i showed her my transaction on my phone.

she called her supervisor and he said, 'you have to pay again', despite knowing i paid and his employee seeing with her own eyes the transaction on my phone app
i paid again, using a handheld portable payment terminal. they said it would not go thru twice. i showed them on my phone that i was charged twice . they assumed me bc it was "pending" charges so it wouldn't go thru
it went thru, and i was charged TWICE
this is a poorly run parking lot. do NOT trust them or anything they say
if i would've given her a second credit card, this would've been harder to dispute
very unprofessional, very poor customer service, very low employee competence
