- I parked at the garage yesterday at 2:00 p.m. I paid $20 at the entrance. When I tried to exit the garage at 11:00 p.m., the barriers at the exits were down, so I could no exit the garage. I tried scanning the code that they had sent as a message to my phone, but that didn't work. I press the button to call for assistance but none showed up. I ended up having to pay an extra $32 to exit the garage. That's $52 for 9 hours. I called customer service today and was told that all I should have done was press the call button. Even after I told the representative that I had done that to no avail, she insisted that that was all I had to do. Horrible customer service.
