- I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the parking facility located at 180 Myrtle Ave. Despite making a monthly reservation through the Spothero app and completing the necessary paperwork, I faced numerous issues.
On June 22, 2023, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, the valet staff refused to release it, claiming payment processing problems with Spothero. Despite already paying $300 for the monthly fee, I was coerced into paying an additional $230 to retrieve my car.
Attempts to resolve the matter through Spothero and City Parking customer service were unsuccessful. City Parking informed me that my voucher's start date was deemed invalid, further complicating the situation.
This experience has been deeply disappointing, highlighting poor management, communication, and unjust charges. I urge the facility to rectify these issues promptly and enhance their customer service standards.
