number. WIFI does not work well in Concrete Parking lot underground.
Frustration developed trying to pay parking ticket but no concrete adn simple access information available. Required going up and down floors trying to get assistance that was only provided when exiting and holding up other customers exiting.
Exit took 45. min to accomplish despite offer to contact office once I retrieved my wallet.
