 - The signage and potential assistance @#41 is TERIBLE / minimal and zero if one does not have credit card to activate exit process(my situation) available. Wallet left at home. Published support link is answeered by a queue with no immediate assistance provided until, HELP button on exit podium. Cars in exit line being held up with verbal exchange. There is no customer service or help easy access puclished contact number. WIFI does not work well in Concrete Parking lot underground. Frustration developed trying to pay parking ticket but no concrete adn simple access information available. Required going up and down floors trying to get assistance that was only provided when exiting and holding up other customers exiting. Exit took 45. min to accomplish despite offer to contact office once I retrieved my wallet.
