 - I'm a monthly parker here, so I can't speak to the rates. However, I can say that the staff is friendly, the garage is kept clean, and security isn't an issue as with some other garages in the area. Overall a great experience.

 - When I entered the parking garage on a city holiday the sign advertised 7.00 parking for all day. When I went to pay the parking (which is not done through an attendant) I was charged 27.00. I went to building security to find out why I was charged so much they said that the garage must have forgotten to change the sign and gave me the name and number of the garage manager. In the mean time I guess there is a time limit you are suppose to leave the garage within. So the for the time I spent checking with security I was charged another 7.00. I called for help and a very rude person who took his time coming down to talk to me also told me they had forgot to change and yes I had to pay the 27 plus the 7 that was added on. And by the time I got done talking to him it added another 3.00 to my bill. I called the garage manager and left my complaint and my name and number but received a call back.
