- Horrible parking experience. The staff needs to be changed. Date of incident; afternoon of 9/29. When entering garage the guy in the booth would not look at me. I had a question, and he finally waved me off with his hand to enter. 2.75 hours later I was leaving and went to the wrong exit gate. Staff arrived yelling at me "Stop! Why don't you read the signs?" in an accusatory tone. I yelled some words back at him as he took my card for payment. Being from Africa, he had the gall to "correct" my use of English. Rude rude rude. He had no name tag. For 2.75 hrs. I was over-charged. Bill was $12, not the correct amount.
