 - It's really hard to find parking around Broadway & 7th and this place almost always has spaces. They're straight ahead about pricing instead of having to figure out some of the tricky lots in downtown LA. It's very convenient to Clifton's Cafeteria, Burlington and St. Vincent Jewelry Center.

 - Sign outside said $6 flat rate on Friday night. Went to pick car up at 2am Sat, charged $15. The $6 only good till midnight apparently. Deceptive advertising.

 - Best parking lot in the area if you are headed to this area during the day. Can usually reserve a spot for about $10.
