 - Parking is expensive but given the area you'd really prefer this enclosed lot compared to the street or other ground lots

 - I am a cancer patient, at the Polyclinic at least twice a week for up to 7 hours at a time. They have the gall to challenge my right to park there as a patient, and tell me to verify my parking with parking.email@polyclinic.com which gives you no place to actually reply to them. Pretty poor public image.

 - If the payment machine rejects your card the first time, figure that it will charge your visa card twice. happened 3 times now.
