 - The lot lost my keys, will not answer my calls and their voicemail is full.

 - This is the most poorly run parking lot in Boston. I reserved a SpotHero for 6pm and when I arrived my reservation was refused. The attendants explained that they didn't have a "sheet" of spot hero reservations and since I didn't pay them directly, they were not going to honor the reservation. As a customer it is not my problem that they mismanaged their reservations. I was 1 of 3 spotHero customers who were turned away. They shouldn't do business with SpotHero if they cannot fulfill the reservations!

 - Your attendant abandoned the lot and left us stranded, unable to exit, while our family waited for us to pick them up while they stood in the cold. He left an Uber Eats driver watching the booth. The Uber driver claimed he did not know the attendant, which was obviously not true. Your attendant was incredibly irresponsible, and frankly, what he did was illegal as we were denied exit from your establishment. I will be filing a complaint with the police.

 - I highly advice against providing this company any business. The people who work at the location are very nice, but the management behind them is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I was a monthly parker for over a year and I’ve never been treated as poorly as I was here. Mohammad has zero sense of customer service and every interaction with him was rife with condescension and dismissiveness. There are a slew of better parking options in this area.
