 - Exiting garage can be lengthy in part due to I-5 south access along 6th Avenue. Sporting events, rain, or just one of those days will contribute to the delay. Plus, day parking transactions have the human touch.

 - It is not unusual to wait for 10+ minutes in the pay line to get out of this garage. There is no auto ticket machine like other garages. On December 11 2018 my wait from the time I got in line to when I was out the door was 27 minutes! The line of cars was backed up to Level 4. The parking attendent was efficent and appologetic when I finally paid so I don't know what the problem was. One guy was so agitated I though he was going to go ram me and drive through the gates. I do not recomend parking in this garage.
