 - Parked here to go to Pike's Market. Easy and clean place to park. I just wish prices on signs included taxes.

 - Great location and the cheapest on the Waterfront. It's a two minute walk to both the piers and the market. We had no problem getting in and out.

 - Very easy garage as long as you read the signs

 - Had dinner at a waterfront restaurant then paid $30 to park. The floor we parked on was blocked off in the elevator and gettibg to floor 5 was impossible. It took over an hour to get out and were told we had to pay again to get out. Very poor customer service!! Cannot recommend!!!!

 - DO NOT PARK HERE. The man who manages the parking lot, Jeff, has unclear policies on pricing despite the pricing lists being displaced. His interpretation of the policy means that I had to pay 20% more than what I had to pay based on the pricing list. Jeff was confrontational and also just unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend motorist park here, unless the owners of the building replace the managers of this lot, unless you insist on paying more for parking.

 - I applied for a parking pass Saturday since I’m a resident at the harbor steps apartments (which are awesome!) and nothing has been completed, it’s Wednesday. I was told to say my name at the gate but today I was told I can’t leave unless I pay a fee of $72 for the parking garage of my apartmentcomplex. Besides being locked in, the person at the gate (Janette) has been entirely unprofessional and gave me attitude. Not the best downtown parking experience for a one week resident. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this garage.

 - Tho security says they make rounds regularly, car's been broken into several times. Twice the glass broken.
