 - Every single entrance door was locked in 30 degree weather. No one answers the phone even when you both numbers listed on their website and your parking ticket. On top of waiting for 20 minutes to get in and having no one come to help I had to get in with a car that was going in, they overcharged me $43 and nowhere on their pricing list was $43 and the man walking around the parking lot couldn’t tell me why it was that high. A complete scam.

 - We parked there for less than 18 hours because they signs says 12$ night and weekends and 34$ for maximum time, so thought it would be 34$, but had to pay $86! that was the most outrageous rate I've ever heard for a parking fee and there is no signs or whatever so you can know in advance

 - I was in at 4:30 is PM and out by 9:00ish PM and charged $43.00 MORE than the daily maximum published on your website. I was charged the day and evening rates for 4 hours of time...and my car was damaged by another vehicle with no cameras to document it. Everyone in the building is nice, but your business practices are deplorable!
