 - This lot is the worst! Not secure at all and full of vagrants. The elevator smelled like urine and the entire time I was fearful that my car would be broken into.

 - Have reservation on 3/18 at 2:00pm and the Associate at enterence keep sayin take ticket from machine instaed of i scan the code i have. this messed up all my reservation and having waste of time at going out. weird system, no one know whats to do. upgrade your systems and put some staff there folks

 - Our back window was smashed and a backpack was stolen in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Another car near us had the same thing happen. No cameras or attendants to be found.

 - Used them for last three years a few times a week. Today for the first time I lost the ticket, so have been penalized 32$ for a few hours parking time. Thats their rules. I also have rules and will not park there again, especially there are lots of other places in the 1 or 2 blocks distance. They obviously don't care, why should I.

 - Super Parkhaus, sehr zentral und am Wochenende unschlagbar günstig. Sind auch mit unserem fast 5,20 m langen Minivan darin zurecht gekommen. Ja, es ist eng, aber es ging problemlos.

 - Parking attendant working on Sunday June 4th was quite rude. Since there's automated machines he doesn't have to take payment. My debit card strip sometimes doesn't read. I inserted my card 4 different ways and it wouldn't read. The car next to me had requested assistance and since my card wasn't reading he assumed I didn't insert it properly and that it was me who had inconvenienced him. He shouted through my window in a rude tone. I didn't appreciate it. Won't be back.
