Gate was open, no attendant.
Exited garage @ 10:05PM
Charged $20 for Lost Ticket.
Pushed multiple times Call For Assistance button:
nobody came out to help.
Credit card charged $20 for a ticket I never lost because I never got it in the first place.
Gate was open when I entered, no attendant.
Parked car for 3 hours=$8 charge, not $20.
I will gladly accept a $12 refund/credit.
