 - I paid for my parking $9, then pulled my car into the line to feed my ticket receipt in, the ticket jammed and I couldn't get it take the ticket. I then had to push the lost ticket button so that I could get out of the lot since there was no-one working there to assist with the technical problem. So I paid for lost ticket another $18, so I ended up paying $27 for 1 day of parking. I just want to know if there is a trick to inserting the paid ticket in the slot

 - I parked here for an event in mid February. Just received a charge now in mid March. Holding credit card charges for 28 days is ridiculous!

 - I have a monthly parking contract. I am very disappointed today. There was a person sleeping in the stairway and I was not able to get down the stairs as he was blocking it. I pay a lot to park in this lot and I should not be afraid to get to the skyway to get to my job. I have also called the office, I hope something is done.

 - Parked here for the Minneapolis fireworks show. When leaving, as I had a ticket, I followed the directions and prepaid for leaving - $9. It then took over an hour to get out the ramp, having gone straight to my car. When I got to the exit, I had to pay $8. This policy, no doubt, helped create the problem - people pay for their ticket, think they are good, then have to waste time at the exit getting out their credit card, etc., just adding to everybody's time. On days when there is an event, this function should be turned off as it results in double charging by the ramp, which I think is complete crap. Not parking here again.

 - Don’t plan on leaving after an event. Didn’t move an inch for 40 minutes. Took over an hour to get to the down ramp exit. Fell asleep woke up still in line. This is a joke.

 - I used this lot to park for the Vikings game. It was located right next to the stadium, with a skywalk to get across. Super easy and never had to go outside. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots.

 - Worked GREAT! I actually booked in the car on the way there. The scanner worked. The map was accurate and the picture was extra useful! Clean ramp, well lit, expensive, but we wanted to get close to the Stadium as we were unsure how late it would be when we got out of there and didn't want to go far, so we expected to pay and were fine with the price. Totally appreciated the option of having a "saved spot". I recommended to a friend and she was able to park as well. Glad we did it. Thanks!
