Requesting a refund on my charges of $25.00. I was parked in Garage 10 for approximately 25-30- minutes. I've never used this lot or others in the Medical Center for over 12 years. I went to pay using my ticket (12014936) and didn't know how to operate the exit machine. I tried sticking my ticket inventor of the "crosshairs" and insert it into the "machine" to no avail. The gate wouldn't open. After several attempts, it finally let me exit. My bank statement was charged $25.00 for a 30 minutes stay. I'm being unfairly charged due to not knowing how to use the exit scanner to pay. I live on a fixed income and can't afford a 20.00 overcharge due to not knowing how to use the machine. I don't mind paying what i should be charged but $20.00 for this is utterly ridiculous.
I request to plea my case to management or protest the added charges accordingly to your process. by the way the girl who answered my call was borderline rude "name-Reyna". My cell phone is 281.989.5273. I wish to hear back from your offices considering this matter.
