- On Saturday November 4 I participated in the Monumental half marathon! We were told that the cost would be $5 for race participants, only to find that I was being charged $20 and the attendant I call over to question, basically said that’s the price I’d have to pay to get out of the garage! Needless to say I’m very dissatisfied with that response! Please clarify why the discrepancy in charges!!!!!
