VISITOR AND GUEST PARKING – FROG ALLEY PARKING GARAGE
Visitors who are not attending a specific event may park in the visitor section of the Frog Alley Parking Garage. Visitors should take a ticket from the kiosk at the entrance to the lot, park and then get the ticket validated at either the D J Kelly Alumni Center (DJKAC) front desk or the Brown Lupton University Union (BLUU) information desk. The BLUU is open for ticket validation from 7am until 2am during the fall and spring semesters; 7am – 9pm during the summer. This validated ticket will be used to exit the lot.
Guests who are attending a specific event may park in the visitor section of the Frog Alley Parking Garage. Guests may use the E-flex pass from their smart phone sent via email to enter AND exit the lot. Guests may also take a ticket from the kiosk at the entrance to the lot and get it validated at their event, the DJKAC front desk or the BLUU information desk. The BLUU is open for ticket validation from 7am until 2am during the fall and spring semesters; 7am – 9pm during the summer. This validated ticket will be used to exit the lot.
If a visitor/guest forgets to have their ticket validated, the ticket is lost, or the machine malfunctions please press the button on the kiosk to call the TCU Security Guard on duty for assistance in exiting the lot. If the guard is not in the office, the call will be forwarded to the TCU Dispatch office.
******TCU Employees and Students who choose to park in the Frog Alley Parking Garage visitor section must use the “call” button on the kiosk to speak to the TCU Security Guard on site in order to exit the lot. A parking citation will be issued for violation of parking regulations. This citation may be appealed at the TCU Police Department during regular business hours within 5 days of the date of the citation.
