- Wow! What a great garage. The ABM attendant in was very helpful. Glad to see this level of customer service!!

- I understand times are different with the pandemic but, going to using credit cards only is completely assanine!!!! Not everyone has a credit or debit card or could have forgotten their card at home. How do you expect people to get out of the garage? I do not understand this cashless option now. Please go back to taking cash.

- Should consider requiring all oversized vehicles (pickup trucks & any car that cannot fit into the space) to park on the upper 2 levels. These vehicles which extend into the driving lanes present a huge safety hazard for drivers coming both ways and pedestrians. Also keeping stairwells free from feces would be nice.
