 - HORRIBLE!! Shortly after I picked up my SUV, I was about 3 blocks away and noticed that the light was on in my glove compartment which I could see that was partially opened. Then realized that some face masks were on the passenger’s seat , which I keep in the arm rest console. I called Argo & complained but didn’t speak to the manager because he wasn’t available. I also called the restaurant because they validated my parking with Argo. I will never park there again & will tell all my colleagues at the hospital about this.I even took a photo of my glove compartment before I fixed it.

 - I came to this parking garage and showed the attendant my reservation (which was actually for the parking garage That was side by side with this garage) he said all was well and took my keys. On returning this am they told me I should have been in the garage next door and would have to pay them for my parking with them. I had already prepaid with the other garage so you can imagine my frustration that this attendant who looked at my reservation and never told me sorry wrong garage but took my car. I believe that I should have been told then and there when he look at my reservation.

 - I parked my new truck here over Night I had drove from North Carolina to see my new grandson.We left the next day as soon as we left the truck was jerking and a notice popped up on the dashboard saying half power this was Saturday around 3 We we’re headed to conniticut to see my daughter . When we looked up the message what that meant it said to take to mechanic . So we parked it and waited till Monday morning take it to the dealership.That is where the truck is now in anew Cannan They told me rats had eaten my wires and Another part and they will fix tomorrow the work will be around!$800 .You may call them if you want.I do need to file a claim with your company.
