- While the system is well designed and the pricing is reasonable, there seems to be a problem with maintenance of the kiosk payment machines. On various visits we have encountered the following:
- only one kiosk open (others out of order)
- kiosk would not accept cash (credit card only message displayed)
What happens if a user does not have a credit card?
In short, I like the system but it must be maintained properly.
