 - Alex was so unprofessional. He was on his phone with his girlfriend on speaker. He didn't know where customers cars were parked. He didn't tell the customer how much parking was. He had a bad attitude.

 - Very simple to order online. We didn't have any trouble reserving or when we arrived. Had the copy of our receipt to give to the attendant. The guys were very polite when we arrived. Price is a little high, since other parking garages in the area were half the price & lower than this one. All in all, we would recommend it to others. Made our day more simple to have it taken care of ahead of time. Thank you to the guys who kept our vehicle all day!
