- You will need to go to City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, to fill out a form to start monthly parking. Monthly parking is $25.00/month, plus a $5.00 (refundable) access card fee. To set up monthly billing, the City requires $55.00 for payment of first 2 months parking. Ceiling height clearance is 6'6".
