Memorial Hermann Valet & Drop-Off

 - Someone stole my mom's phone out of her car this morning. This is unacceptable. My dad is in the hospital having surgery and she was in a rush to get inside and left her phone in the cup holder. I can track her phone and know for a fact that it is still at the hospital. I will be calling someone in reference to this as soon. I need answers!!

 - I paid $17 and they lost or stole my keys.They only returned my key fob and all of my house keys and home alarm remote was gone. They searched for about a hour and still didn't find them. I filled out a incident report and was told that the manager would reach out to me in 2 days. A week later and I am still trying to speak with the manager and get a reimbursement. This company is horrible. I have left messages with the attendant and on the manager's voice mail and sent emails with no response. Will never use them again.

 - I have been using this valet service for over 5 years. They are always courteous, helpful, and have great service! The rate is now $17/day but worth every penny!
