 - Very easy, lot attendant was nice and welcoming. Will use whenever I go to DC

 - System worked well. Reserved a spot and had no issues in entering parking or exiting the lot. The cashier took the printed confirmation sheet and said have a nice day. No issues in using at all. Clean lot, well lit. Would use again.

 - I reserved a parking spot at this lot when I found out that my friends made a reservation at Bistro Bis. I know that parking can sometimes be a hassle in this area, so I booked a reservation a week ahead of time to guarantee that I wouldn't have any issues. Overall I had a great experience and definitely recommended this service to my friends to make a reservation for their next outing to the area.
