 - We reserved and pre-paid for parking at this garage yesterday. When we got there the attendant told us the garage was for hotel guests only and made us back out and leave. We ended up having to pay another $60 to park at the garage next door. LAZ basically stole $30 from us and told us there was nothing they could do about it.

 - My car was damaged here. My back window was smashed. The atttendant at the time was helpful but the manger was supposed to review tapes and get back to me. After repeated tries to reach them, they refuse to call me back and are attendants who answer the phone are hostile. Avoid this garage if you don’t want your car damaged.

 - DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. Took my car out, next morning, I notice a dent and a hole near the top of my car, right above back window.
