 - I punched in my plate number JNN302 4 times with two different credit cards which are not setup for tap, no ticket printed. Will I be charged? I ended up paying a toonie as I had no other change with me. My mother was having cataract surgery and we were asked to be there by noon. Then her surgery was delayed by almost two hours. I didn't know about the change to the meters it was very confusing. I hope i don't owe any extra. Thank you

 - Being unable to pass your unused time on your parking to another customer is theft by the city because that time is already paid for . Most people must put more time in meter than required because you never know how long you will be and may be subject to a parking ticket through no fault of your own . It is well known that something expected to be 20 min could wind up being 2 hrs or more or be only 10 min. Parking spots are being paid for as much as 4 times for the same space at the same time. The attended parking at the Regional you pay for how long you park only which is reasonable , you pay when you are parked and don't pay any more after you leave/
