 - I do not see hour limit!

 - Got a parking ticket for $88 after staying 5 hours. Its a public library. Why would a private company charge me any fee they want? Customer service of Republic parking does not want to dismiss it. No clear signs are posted. I will not pay the ticket.

 - It's a public Library, but be aware of a private company named "Republic Parking" send you a collection bill through a collection agency named "Financial Assistance" for parking in the Library Parking lots. My kid used Bellevue Library and parked car in the Library parking lot at the beginning of this year, and we received two collection bills after more ten months for the parking tickets and late fee.
