 - Parts were stolen off of the car rendering it inoperable. We paid twice ($60) to make sure the parking garage did not have it towed while we figured out how to get it moved. They were unreachable for comment. DO NOT park here! They charge too much and do not watch for problems. When I tried to contact somebody to find out if they would refund the money there was no response.

 - Star Points Reason 5 Extremely helpful attendant on point assisting customers at the pay machine patiently providing instruction to any and all that required or requested it. 5 After informing the attendant that I paid online he informed me that all I need do is pay at the exit point and that he would be there to assist me at the exit. 5 The same parking attendant identified above did move to the exit point and provided assistance to all chaotically attempting to exit the garage after the ceremony. 5 The patient demeanor, attitude and high level of customer service of the ONE attendant was nothing less than admirable and appreciated.
