 - We paid for reserved parking, showed up this morning and drove around for over 20 minutes....not a spot available. Drove 2 blocks away and parked in 5 minutes. Have been calling to cancel the contract and get refunded back the money but no answer ALL DAY! This place is a joke, really is the worst garage in New Orleans!

 - They allow people to park in reserved spots so reserving monthly is a waste of your money! At least 3 times a month I can't park where I pay for and usually there isn't any other parking available. They say they will boot offenders but the do not. They advertise and open up the parking to non-reserved parkers knowing they don't have the spots to accomidate.

 - This is the absolute worst garage in New Orleans. The staff are never on hand and if you do happen to get someone on the phone she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. NEVER PARK HERE. The valet has no respect for reserved spots and often times parks over the lines or even on the ramps. Paying customers are treated terribly. Not worth the risk of damage to your vehicle.
