- I just went through medical procedures was very unwell. I had parked at the building at 790 Bay for a medical appointment, but unfortunately, my experience with the parking lot and its attendant was extremely distressing. The parking attendant, whose name was Manelik (written on his vest), blocked my car with an SUV behind it despite there being many available spots. When I asked him to move the vehicle so I could leave, he became aggressive. He banged on my window and yelled “fuck you” at me.
As someone who is already dealing with significant health issues and feeling vulnerable, this experience made me feel unsafe and harassed. I will need to return to this building for the next year for medical appointments, and I’m deeply concerned about the environment and how other vulnerable patients might be treated.
